Her love towards theatre, including collaboration with unforgetable Melina Merkouri in Tennessee Williams' "Sweet bird of Youth" directed by Gilles Dassen was a milestone play and one of the most interesting costume approaches.
She gives an allusive theatricality in her creations, which are a fetish for her special clients.
Ever since the 70's, Loukia has been playing a leading role in Greek fashion.
A gifted designer, she creates diachronic clothes that their uniqueness, beyond the aesthetic result, consists in her personal recognizable style, and the presentation of her collections take the form of a theatrical act that is a cultural and artistic fact for Greece.
Loukia uses elements in her own particular way, penetrating in the present.
